Refunds

Introduction

At KN Pressure Cleaning, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the service at no additional cost.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Issues: If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction after re-performing the service, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the nature of the complaint and the extent of the issue.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will not incur any charges, and any pre-paid amounts will be refunded in full. Late cancellations will incur a fee of $100 and the balance of deposit will be returned to the customer.

  • Payment Errors: If an error occurs during the payment process, resulting in overpayment or duplicate charges, please notify us immediately. We will promptly correct the error and issue a refund for the excess amount charged.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Customer Preparation: Failure to prepare the area as required, such as not removing obstacles, furniture, loose dirt or ensuring water supply, may result in an inability to proceed with the job. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage or issues caused by pre-existing conditions of the surfaces being cleaned. No refund will be provided for problems arising from these conditions.

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind after the service has been completed as per the agreed-upon scope of work.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
