KN Pressure Cleaning offers high-pressure cleaning services for driveways, patios, and decking, including hot and cold water cleaning and driveway sealing.
Booking and Payments

Booking: You can book our services online through our website or by contacting us directly. Booking confirmation is provided instantly.

Payments: Deposit payments for our services can be made online via our secure payment gateway and balance payments upon service completion. We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to scheduled job commencement will incur a $100 fee. Reschedules: First reschedule is fee free, however subsequent reschedules incur a $100 fee.
Customer Responsibilities

Access: Ensure we have safe and clear access to the areas requiring cleaning.

Preparation: Remove any obstacles, personal items, or delicate items from the cleaning area to prevent damage.

Excess surface material: Loose leaves and dirt need to be removed by the customer for standard square metre rates to apply.

Water Supply: Ensure an adequate water supply is available for the duration of the cleaning service.
Liability

Damage: While we take utmost care in delivering our services, KN Pressure Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.
